Voting will take place at We Are Change Colorado Monday night meetings open to everyone once submission deadline is reached. Videos will be narrowed down to the top ten. At which point we will announce a dinner party to screen the top ten selections, vote and select a winner of the 1st place prize. All videos will be uploaded to our separate youtube channel for everyone to view and comment on. Members of We Are Change Colorado are excluded from entry.
